I am 195 Lbs, I wear 18 or XL, bust 38DD and 5’7 in height. I bought a size XXL and fits too too big. I should have bought the XL, that’s why I think this blouse may be true to size.

It fits well. I has a nice stretch and I didn't find it as see through. I got a medium. I wear a 34DD. Perfect for jeans or shorts. Good fabric and it's not thin which I appreciated.
